Target Audience: Emerging young artists in classical music, jazz, and visual arts; students or early-career professionals; new or developing projects seeking visibility and development opportunities.

The Artway Showcase is a platform created by Vanessa Pires within the scope of the Artway production company, aiming to support, guide, and provide a stage for early-career artists who show talent, dedication, and the ambition to build a solid career in the arts. More than a bridge to the professional market, the Showcase is a space for growth, sharing, and mentorship.

Since 2024, the Artway Showcase also includes young musicians recognized by the PJM – Artway Award, expanding their careers and offering real opportunities for visibility, recognition, and professional development.

In 2025, in addition to music – which is Artway’s core focus – the Showcase expands its scope and opens applications to visual artists, reinforcing the importance of fostering interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary experiences.

The Showcase 2025 will take place at ESMAE, a partner of the project since its foundation, on 25/10/2025. The program will be diverse and will include:

• performances,

• round tables,

• artistic installations,

• speed mentoring sessions,

• promotion material exhibition,

• and extensive moments for sharing and networking.

For this edition, we invited programmers, artistic directors, leading artists in music and visual arts, art and culture professionals, and cultural managers to enrich moments of reflection and dialogue.

Through this form, you can choose to participate actively – with a presentation or exhibition of your work – or as a listener.

• The Participant category will have a maximum of 9 selected artists, who will be included in an Artway dossier.

• For Speed Mentoring, there will be only 8 slots, for presenting a project, artistic idea, or career plan in a pitch format (max. 5 minutes) to a chosen mentor.

Registration Conditions and Deadlines

Registrations are open in the following categories:

Participant – 50€ – registration required via the form below.

Grants access to a musical performance and/or work exhibition (maximum duration: 10 minutes).

• The fee is the same for solo or group artists.

• A specific technical rider must be submitted. Technical conditions are limited and adaptations may be required.

• For music participants, acoustic performances are preferred. Registration deadline: 30/09/2025

Listener – Speed Mentoring – 15€ – registration required via the form below

• Each participant has 5 minutes to orally present a project and/or career plan to the chosen mentor.

• Also grants access to the entire event program. Registration deadline: 10/10/2025

Listener – Free and no registration required

• Follows the entire event program without participation in speed mentoring. Registration deadline: 21/10/2025
